The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Processing your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

Shipping Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2 business days. 

Weekend and public holiday orders are processed on the following business day.

Shipment Locations

IGC Group does not ship internationally at this time. We ship domestic only - anywhere in Australia.

Delivery Estimates

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is processed, a tracking number and estimated delivery date will be provided to you via Australia Post. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery dates are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

        Please Note:

- Business day means Monday-Friday, except holidays

- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

- Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery locations, method of delivery and the items ordered.

- All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia

Lost or missing parcels

Please notify us via email if your parcel is missing or lost during transit.

IGC CO is not responsible for missing delivered parcels where the customer has opted to Leave in a safe place or given Authority to leave.

If your parcel is lost during transit or undelivered, IGC CO will lodge a claim with Australia Post and endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Returns & refunds.

Only faulty items are eligible for return. Change of mind will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
